so far i've really enjoyed being pregnant with our firstborn...even with the sometimes uncomfortable ailments that growing a baby brings along.
we've already been blessed with many little gifts for our little man.
i can't wait for him to wear this outfit. even if he spits up all over it.
he's in there. and i love him already.it's a crazy journey that began a few months ago and while we're anxious to meet him in just 4 short months, we're also in no hurry to jump into the parental routines.
it will be a change (and already has been) full of great joys and many trials. i become more ready to embrace it all as the days pass. as my belly and body morph, so do my heart and mind.
today i am grateful for our son-to-be.
That is so beautiful Krista. There is something very sweet in your word choices--firstborn, little man -- and phrases. Your heart is on your sleeve mom, just where it is supposed to be. I am very happy for you and Justin, and for your son-to-be.
